Sansara Acquires Advanced Track & Trace to Build European Leader in Connected Packaging
Sansara, the digital traceability subsidiary of Maison Neyret, has acquired Advanced Track & Trace (ATT) and entered into a strategic partnership with Pochet Group.
The transaction brings together three complementary capabilities: Maison Neyret’s expertise in premium textile labels and packaging components, ATT’s product authentication and anticounterfeiting technologies, and Pochet’s industrial scale in glass and luxury packaging manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The combined group says its ambition is to become Europe’s leading provider of connected and traceable packaging solutions for luxury goods, cosmetics, wine and spirits, fashion and other high-value products.
From textile labels to digital product identity
Founded in 1823 and based in Saint-Étienne, France, Maison Neyret has long specialised in the manufacture of woven labels, ribbons, trims and decorative components used by luxury fashion and cosmetics brands. In recent years, the company has expanded beyond traditional labelling into digital product identity through its subsidiary Sansara.
Sansara enables brands to assign a unique digital identity to each item, using technologies such as QR codes, NFC tags and RFID inlays embedded into packaging or product components. These identifiers link to the company’s cloud-based Scalabel platform, which supports authentication, traceability, digital product passports (DPPs), customer engagement and after-sales services.
