e7 Group Partners with SICPA Affiliate for Tax Stamp Production

Abu Dhabi-listed e7 Group, a security printer and identity solution provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with 7I Holding, a UAE-based government technology firm and regional affiliate of SICPA, to expand global reach in secure and sovereign applications, including national revenue optimisation.

For e7 Group, the partnership will secure a significant share of its upcoming tax stamp production capacity, as well as enable entry into new markets for identity solutions.

The group’s manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi has the capacity to produce 50 million national ID cards, 14 million passports, 25 million banking cards, and six billion tax stamps per year.

7I Holding’s stated mission is to provide ‘secure, scalable, sovereign technology platforms’ to governments for use in revenue mobilisation (ie. tax stamps, direct marking, track and trace), anticounterfeiting / product conformity, natural resource traceability, telecom monitoring, fuel integrity (ie. fuel marking, detection kits, real-time monitoring), and smart cities / vehicle identity.
