Authentix’s comprehensive security transformation
Over the past few years, Authentix has steadily built its portfolio through diversified acquisitions, including Security Print Solutions in 2019, Traceless Security (formerly a division of Kodak) in 2020, Strategic IP Information (online brand protection) in 2021, Royal Joh Enschedé in 2023, and the assets of Nanotech Security Corp in July 2024.
These acquisitions have transformed Authentix from a developer of taggants for fuel integrity programmes into a comprehensive solutions provider offering covert technologies, sensors, overt features, security printing, and design services.
