Hague Groups Buys PSL Print Management

UK print specialist Hague Group has acquired PSL Print Management, also based in the UK. The acquisition has increased turnover for the enlarged group to £50 million, and makes it one of the largest privately owned print specialist groups in the UK.

PSL supplies organisations that include public sector bodies such as the National Health Service, police forces, and local government authorities, many of whom utilise PSL’s hybrid mail offering.

Hague Group provides security printing solutions for documents that include ID cards, security labels and tax stamps. It now operates from 11 locations across the UK, and later this year it will move its current head office and warehouse to a new 37,500 sq ft development.
